We would like to inform you about the "Personal Data Protection Law", which was enacted to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the right to privacy, as stipulated in the Constitution.


Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) was accepted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly on 24 March 2016 and came into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 07 April 2016.

We are considered as the Data Controller in terms of the personal information we receive from you during the activity we carry out. As the Data Controller, your personal information may be recorded, stored, updated, classified, disclosed and/or transferred to third parties and/or abroad where permitted by the legislation, and processed in other ways listed in KVKK, within the framework explained below.

In order for you to benefit from services, this personal data will be processed and stored, based on your express consent, by taking information security measures, provided that it is not used outside the purposes and scope specified in this Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Permission.

Persons or organizations to whom personal data may be transferred for the purposes stated above: Our main shareholder, our direct and/or indirect domestic or international subsidiaries; Business partner organizations from which we receive services and cooperate in order to carry out our activities, partners that you will approve in accordance with the Privacy Agreement and other third parties. However, we would like you to know that, in accordance with KVKK, we take all kinds of precautions to protect your personal data with great sensitivity with these third parties with whom we have no organic ties, and this sharing is made with all third parties through contracts containing serious sanctions, including written commitments.

Personal Data Storage Period

Although personal data has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant provisions, if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our company or upon your request. However, in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; Records regarding withdrawal of approval are kept for 1 year from this date; The content of the commercial electronic message and any other records related to the shipment will be kept for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant Ministry when necessary. After the period has passed, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our company or upon your request.
